Jim Broadbent cast as SlughornI hope they give him a fat suit. He's not a twig, but he's possibly two hundred pounds underweight to play Slughorn. I picture Slughorn as this very round person rather like a snowman. A snowman with no middle section. HBP starts filming today, by the way.

He's worn fat suits before. *cries*
How dare they drag his awesomeness into HBP? If the book sucks the film isn't exactly promising either, and I hate Slughorn. *goes off to be emo*

I really wasn't a fan of Slughorn either but I didn't hate him. Lol, am I the only one who enjoyed the 6th book?

I don't know what book they're turning into a movie, but HBP wasn't any kind of comedy.

Just click play. She did a four second interview at the LA premiere (and looked very "OMFG shut UP" as she walked away) where she called HBP a "romantic comedy."

Lol, I love how she just walks away. Really nice. They hadn't been sent scripts at that point in time according to Rupert and David Yates hasn't really said anything about a comedy so I'm just going to pray.

I read in something in Entertainment Weekly about how it's going to be a one last fun little trifle before it starts getting heavy with Deathly Hallows. I think Yates described it as "sex, drugs and rock 'n roll".
Personally, I'm scared, and I'd prefer that my man Broadbent didn't have anything to do with it.

I'm just praying the Ron/Lavender stuff doesn't get turned into comic relief like every other thing Ron does.
