I have no idea about that site, but I hope someone out there can tell us. They have some cool stuff!

This is what I think about it:
I was looking through some items that had pictures from the runway or redcarpet and then of the item they're selling, but they look very different. I'd say they're knockoffs, but that doesn't have to mean they're not good quality. I guess you just have to be willing to take the risk.
