Hey guys, I was looking around my local health food shop, not for anything in particular, but just at random vitamins and oils, and I saw some organic/natural pills that help create a good complexion, so I spoke to the woman behind and counter and told her my skin is usually clear, but it gets a little spotty around my time of month; instead she recommended Evening Primrose Oil tablets to me. These are supposed promote a healthy menstrual cycle, they help with the skin, the PMS, and and even stomach cramps. I have only started taking these on Thursday, so I can't really tell you what they are like, and if they work. But I will continue to use them and let you know, in about a month or so. I am taking 500mg ones, and the dosage on the bottle say to take 2, three times a day, the woman behind the counter said to take the recommended dosage for a few days, and then start to take 2-3 a day. I have provided a link to the ones I bought and but you can get these from most supermarkets and drugstores. www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=123&prodid=450
