Ok so... I've tried all the tricks I could think of to try and upload a decent quality video to youtube.... but all I get is this lousy pixel ridden crappy vid that takes forever and a day to upload if it even does.... (a 400MB vid just didn't upload at all... so much for the 1GB limit)
I'm using a Canon Digital IXUS 90 IS camera. 10 Mgpix, in 640 x 480 res.... On a broad band connection...
Am I doing something wrong???
I tried uploading the .avi file and nothing... then I tried compressing to .mpeg4 and it loaded but the quality is disgusting (it looks taken with a cameraphone.... all pixely)
Any suggestions?
Or do you know of a website/tutorial that might help?
Thank you!

On Youtube, you have to wait a few hours after uploading it (anywhere from six to twenty four) for a "Watch this video in high quality" link to appear under it. You can get really good high quality with that link, but it takes forever to appear.
Youtube's becoming really slow these days with uploading.

You could also open a photobucket account, I've never had an issue with uploading videos with them.

She wants the video in high quality. The videos I've uploaded onto Photobucket aren't very good quality.
