I really like the Pre-Bafta Hair but it might take a while, maybe you can ask someone to braid your hair. What if you did just like a Lauren Conrad braid, like a braid in the front of your hair and then leave the rest of your hair down? www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-pL1wh0Gs8&feature=channel_page

Hmm, I think my sister can help me with the Pre - Bafta Hair. The Lauren Conrad braid is abit to simple. Thanks for the suggestion though. *karmas*

I really like the Chanel fashion hair I might have an idea how it was done (I didn´t find any good pictures of the back of her head though, but some from the side). You could do it alone, but of course it would be easier if your sister could help. I don´t think it should take longer than 35 min (without making the curls ). If you like, I could try to make a step by step instruction (in funny english ;D). Anyway, the Pra-Bafta Hair is beautiful too. I would not leave your hair down (we see that kind of hairstyle enough on Emma ;D ), but maybe a half-up, if you like it simple, but not too casual.

A side view of her hairdo at the Chanel party : - ihwmedia.net/albums/appearances/chanelshow07/chanelh010.jpgYou see well the hairdo. It doesn't seem so complicated. It's just some curled hair with two braid put on the front of the haido, and a huge lot of hair-pin. I think that with the help of someone, it's possible to do it, with, maybe, some cute little hair-claws to hold the bigger part of your hair up behind, like we can see on her pic (it's only hair-pin on her, but I think some little hair-claws would be nice too). Hair-claws like that for exemple, with the curled hair coming back on it :

The Chanel Fashion show hair and make-up are one of my favourite looks of hers. She looked wow! The Somerset House sleek ponytail, with the side part bangs and the hair covering the hair band, was really nice too. I recently had my hair like that at my cousins engagement do, it looked nice, as the neck line was embellished.

I love the way she had her hair at the Chanel event. If you took small pieces of your hair and curled them so they were wavy, you could then twist the majority of this up and pin up in place at the back. If your hair is long enough I'm guessing the strands will fall over the top of the twist to conceal the pins like Emma's style. Leave a few strands loose around your face and at the bottom to stop the style looking too sleek and a bit messy like Emma's. Then take two smaller strands of hair and braid them tightly just above your ear and pull over to the other side of your head, pinning in place behind the hair that you've twisted up so you can't see where it has been pinned. Brush your fringe over to one side with your fingers so it's a bit messy and fix with lots of hairspray! Emma's style looks a bit more complicated than that but without better pictures of the back that's my best guess. It will take some time but I'm sure it will look stunning when you're done. A few pictures to help: A close up of the front ihwmedia.net/displayimage.php?album=181&pos=19Another view of the left side: ihwmedia.net/displayimage.php?album=181&pos=30This picture makes it seem as if they've taken a section of hair on the top first and twisted it to pin it back and then taken the bottom section (leaving out odd strands) and pinned that up before making it look less tidy. I do this with my hair sometimes because it's too short to twist up completely. ihwmedia.net/displayimage.php?album=181&pos=40Hope that helps! I'm sure it will look lovely but practice first!

Thank you all! Now I might try the Chanel Fashion Show hair. I'll get my sister to help me. I like the Pre Bafta hair, but I'm thinking that it won't go with the outfit. Like I said I will try the Chanel hair and let you guys know how it turns out.

Did she put her hair in a bun? Is it a messy bun?

I think it is some sort of French twist variation (I believe stainedglass meant that too, if I understood correctly).
You gather the hair in your hand as if you wanted to make a low ponytail and twist it a few times (not too tight). Then slowly lift your ponytail straight up, twisting the whole time (as if you wanted to make a French twist). Secure the twist all the way up. Take the loose curls at the end of the twist and arrange them on your head (instead of tucking them under like in the French twist). Secure with bobby pins.

Ok, I'm kind of changing my outfit because my sister thinks I would be wearing to much black, and not much of a cocktail outfit. (See 1st post). So that means I would have to change the hairstyle. The top, is a Purple leopard print. Should I do her William Tempest Fashion Show Hairstyle? If so, how do you it?
Also, my sister want to know how do a french twist?

William Tempest was with the Comptoir dress, right? I think her hairstyle was just a half-up with bobby pins. May I ask how long your hair is and if you have layers or something? Maybe we can find some other (Emma-)hairstyles you might want to try. I like half-ups, but perhaps you want something to "compete" with your purple leopard print top About the French twist: I tried (and failed obviously ;D) to describe her Chanel fashion hair by comparing it to the "normal" French twist. Maybe it´s best to see it www.flexi8.com/instructions.html?id=qmK748tu (if the video does not start, click on "french twist"). Just secure the twist anyway you like (hair-claw like allego posted, french-twist comb, scroos...). If your sister´s hair is around waist length (and therefor too long for a normal French twist), she might want to try the Log Roll: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk9GF6Xbb2M

Oh Thank you! Ok, My hair is shoulder length. I have naturally wavy/curly hair. When my hair is straighten, it gets pretty long. I do have layers.
