I know these links are old but the site is suspicious to me! when i signed up for Western Union do i pick a person to send to or a biller and/or collecting agency? where exactly is the home country for this website? what is "cny"? it would never exactly tell me the fees for sending money and all.

or should i just use a credit card? I only have debit cards.
